Common Questions

FAQs

Have questions about our courses, learning process, or enrollment? Here are answers to the most common queries to help you get started quickly and confidently.

There are thousands of Hadiths recorded across different collections. While some are repeated in multiple sources, scholars have authenticated around 40,000 Hadiths in major collections, with a smaller number considered rigorously Sahih (authentic) for practical learning and application.

There are hundreds of Hadith books, but the most widely recognized are the “Kutub al-Sittah” (Six Major Hadith Books): Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawood, Sunan an-Nasa’i, Jami` at-Tirmidhi, and Sunan Ibn Majah. These are considered the most reliable sources for learning Hadith.

Hadith Qudsi refers to sayings of the Prophet ﷺ in which Allah conveys a message in the Prophet’s words. Unlike the Quran, Hadith Qudsi is not recited in prayer, but it carries spiritual guidance and divine wisdom.

The Quran is the literal word of Allah, revealed directly to the Prophet ﷺ, while Sunnah and Hadith are the sayings, actions, and approvals of the Prophet ﷺ that explain and complement the Quran. Together, they guide Muslims in worship, morality, and daily life.

Namaz, or Salah, is the obligatory Islamic prayer performed five times a day. It is a direct way to connect with Allah, maintain spiritual discipline, and fulfill one of the five pillars of Islam.

Fajr: 2 Rakats (Sunnah) + 2 Rakats (Fard)

Dhuhr: 4 Rakats (Sunnah) + 4 Rakats (Fard) + 2 Rakats (Sunnah) + 2 Rakats (Nawafil)

Asr: 4 Rakats (Sunnah) + 4 Rakats (Fard)

Maghrib: 3 Rakats (Fard) + 2 Rakats (Sunnah) + 2 Rakats (Nawafil)

Isha: 4 Rakats (Sunnah) + 4 Rakats (Fard) + 2 Rakats (Sunnah) + 4 Rakats (Nawafil) + 3 Rakats (Witr)

Nafl Namaz is voluntary prayer performed in addition to the obligatory Salah. It can be offered at any time (except prohibited times) and brings extra spiritual reward, closeness to Allah, and practice in devotion.

Namaz is the pillar of Islam and the most important act of worship. It purifies the heart, strengthens connection with Allah, reminds believers of their duties, and organizes daily life around spiritual awareness.
